So my EVE account went inactive for a couple days, and now I can only see the public board for the corp that I am CEO of.  I'd expect this is normal, as my API was probably showing up as inactive on the forums.  But, the account is now reactivated, and I'm still only able to see the Public section of our forums.  Halp?

Yup, this is normal behavior.  The backend will check your API four times before it marks it as Invalid.  Once it's marked invalid, it's never checked again.

Go to your Profile and reenter your API, this will clear everything up for you.

In the future there will be a warning message telling you exactly what to do when you're logged in with an invalid api, I just haven't got to that yet Smiley

Ok, I kinda figured it was something along those lines, and a big thanks for clarifying.  But, just so you're aware (and it's something you may want to change), but even with an invalid API, I was still able to access the admin section of the board, and make changes to it.  Not sure if that's unintentionally left unconnected with the API or not.

Yup, I'm aware of it.  That got addressed in the new validator I dropped in today.  Your account was 1 of 6 accounts with invalid APIs, and I was saving those for further testing.

You are no longer a guinea pig, I'll have to pick on the others hehe  Grin
